30,000 square foot office building for which we were the general contractor
Prospect Pre School, we acted as the general contractor for the demolition of the old school and the construction of the new school. The owner was able to move her operation from the old school to the new school over a weekend and never missed a day of business.
Eco Park Business Center
We were the Developer and general contractor for this 20,000 square foot mixed used project. The upper level was all office space, while the lower lever was office/ warehouse space.

Total renovation of the interior space of this building, complete tear out of entire interior, reconfiguration of the space and reconstruction.
